Format: Pick the single metric that defines your growth (MRR, weekly active users, paid customers). Show 8-week chart. Add a 2-paragraph note on what you shipped, what you learned, what's blocking you.
Why it works: forces honesty with yourself. You can't fudge a chart you've published 40 weeks in a row.
Side benefit: investors who get this update become long-term champions. Founders who go silent for 3 months don't get follow-ons.
